Provider Portal - Authorization Request List
The Authorization Request List page displays when you select the On-line Authorization Submission hyperlink on the Provider Portal home page.
This page enables you to:
- View the list of authorization requests you made to OWCP along with the details of each request and the current authorization status.
- Submit a new authorization request to OWCP by clicking the Add New Request button. Complete the fields on the pages that follow and click Save Authorization to submit. Click Close to exit back to the Authorization Request List page.
If needed, you can use the filter function to reduce the number of items in the list. Select a category from the Filter By drop-down, enter a search term in the adjacent search field (you can include the % wildcard), and click Go. The list refreshes to show just those requests matching your filter criteria.
When you are finished on the Authorization Request List page, click Close to exit back to the Provider Portal home page.
