Retrieve Saved Bills

The process in this section allows you to retrieve saved bills.

To retrieve saved bills:

  1. Access this page using the method below that applies to you:

    • WCMBP Users: In the Bills tab, click the Retrieve Saved Bills hyperlink.
    • Provider Portal Users: From the Provider Portal home page, click the Retrieve Saved Bills hyperlink.

The system displays the Saved Bills List.

  1. Select the lookup icon hyperlink in the Link column.

The system displays the corresponding bill page: Professional Bill, Institutional Bill, or Dental Bill.

  1. After making the required changes, click the Save Bill button.

The system displays a confirmation dialog.

  1. Select OK to confirm.

The system displays the updated Saved Bills List page.
