Force Super Suspend Criteria Bills
To force super suspend criteria bills:

From the Claims tab, select the Super Suspend Bills hyperlink.
The system displays the Super Suspend Criteria Bills page.

Select the checkbox next to the Criteria Name for the criteria that contains all the claims that you want to release and select Force All.
The system displays the Force Criteria dialog.

In the Comment text box, enter the required comment describing why you are forcing the super suspend claims. (For example, “Change in Policy.”)

Select OK.
The system displays an updated Super Suspend Criteria Bills page with the forced criteria no longer visible.

Select Close to exit to your My Inbox page.
