Error Text

To view or update resolution text applied to an error code:

1. On the Error Code Details page, select Error Text from the Show menu.

   The system displays the Resolution page. If present, the resolution text is displayed in the Resolution text box.

2. If you need to revise the resolution text, enter the new resolution text and select Save.
3. Select Close to exit back to the Error Code Details page.
