Create Bills from Saved Templates

The Bills subsystem allows you to submit new bills using an existing template.

To create a bill from an existing bill template:

  1. Access this page using the method below that applies to you:

    • WCMBP Users: From the Bills tab, select the Create Bills from Saved Templates hyperlink.
    • Provider Portal Users: From the Provider Portal home page, select the Create Bills from Saved Templates hyperlink.

The system displays the Create Bill from Saved Templates List page.

  1. Select the hyperlink in the Template Name column you want to use for the bill.

The system displays the pre-populated bill page for the selected template.

  1. Make any updates to the existing information in the selected claim template, as needed.

You can choose to keep the pre-populated information.

All required fields or drop-down lists marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed.

The system displays an updated bill page with the changes you made.

  1. Select Submit Bill.

The system displays a preview of the submitted bill’s details.

  1. Select Submit.

Important Note: The bill is not submitted until you click Submit on the preview dialog.

The system displays a confirmation message and asks if you want to submit another bill.

  1. Select OK or Cancel.
