Bill Service Line Level
Service line information provides details about an individual line item submitted as part of a bill.
To access a bill’s service line details:

From the Inquire Claims page, find the bill you wish to view using the filter fields as described in

From the filtered results, click the hyperlink in the TCN column for the bill you want to view.
The system displays the Header Details page.

From the Show drop-down list, select Service Line List.
The system displays the Service Lines list page.

Select the TCN hyperlink for the bill whose Service Line information you want to view.
The system displays the Service Line Detail page.
The Service Line Detail page provides the basic information for the claim including:

Client ID (who the claim is for)

Servicing Provider NPI (who provided the goods or service)

Referring Provider NPI (who was the referring physician or entity)
-
Status of the claim
-
Dates of service
-
Reimbursed Amount (how much was paid)
-
Errors to resolve (any errors associated with the service line that need resolution)
As in the Header Details page, some of the field labels are hyperlinked to provide you easy access to additional information in other WCMBP subsystems:

Claimant ID – This hyperlink navigates to the client’s Demographic Detail page.

Servicing Provider NPI, Servicing Facility NPI, and Referring Provider NPI – These hyperlinks navigate to the Provider Details page for the specified provider or facility.

Proc/Svc – This hyperlink navigates to the Proc/Svc Code page where details are provided for the specified procedure or service.
Once you identify a bill to be viewed and are in the Header Details or the Service Line Detail page for that bill, the Show drop-down list is available to view more detailed information related to the bill.
