Viewing or Modifying User Indicators

User indicators are a predefined set of properties that are set for users within the system. For example, the ability for a user to process or resolve more than 100 bills in the system.

The process in this section enables you to view any indicators that is associated with a user, as well as view if the user has the permissions to implement the indicators specified.

If there are no indicators associated with a user, no records will be generated.

To view or modify user indicators:

  1. In the User Details page, from the Show drop-down, select User Indicators.

The system displays the User Indicators page.

  1. Use the Filter By search fields to find any user indicators that have been set for the selected user.

For example, select Indicator Type from the Filter By drop-down list, and then enter a search term in the adjacent text box. You can enter either a full or partial search term, but if you use a partial term (such as a single letter), be sure to add the wildcard character (%) to the term.

  1. Select Go.

The system displays an updated User Indicators page with a list of records that match the search criteria you entered.

The table provides information about the types of indicators that is associated with the selected user, whether the user has permissions or the ability to implement the types of indicators specified, and the time period for which the indicators is effective.

  1. Select Add.

The system displays the Add New User Indicator dialog box.

  1. Select the indicator you want to add from the Indicator Type drop-down.

The system returns to the User Indicators page where the added indicator is now listed.

  1. Select Close to return to the User Details page.

  2. Select Close again to return to the Manage Users page.
