Viewing Provider User Profiles

  1. In the User Details page, from the Show drop-down, select Provider User List.

The system displays the Provider User List page.

  1. Use the Filter By search fields to find any provider users not shown in the current list view.

For example, select Last Name from the Filter By drop-down list, and then enter a search term in the adjacent text box. You can enter either a full or partial search term, but if you use a partial term (such as a single letter), be sure to add the wildcard character (%) to the term.

  1. Select Go.

The system displays an updated Provider User List page with a list of provider users that match the search criteria you entered.

  1. Select the hyperlink in the Name column for the provider user whose details you want to view or modify.

The system displays the Update Provider User page.

  1. From the Show menu, click Associated Profiles.

The system displays the Manage User Profiles page. This page shows the associated profile name, description, status, and start and end dates.

  1. If you need to modify the start and end dates for a profile, click the profile’s hyperlink in the Name column.

The system displays the User Profile Details page.

  1. Update the date fields as needed and click Save.

The system refreshes the page and changes the Status field to “In Review.”

  1. Select Close to exit back to the Manage User Profiles page where the modified profile now shows a status of “In Review.”
