User Account Audit

Use the procedure in this section to audit log transactions associated with a user account in WCMBP. An authorized business user or administrator can view a description of security violations by users working in WCMBP. An example of a security violation is exceeding the maximum number of login attempts.

To audit log transactions associated with a user account:

  1. In the Admin tab, select the User Account Audit hyperlink.

The system displays the User Account Audit page.

  1. Use the Filter By search fields to generate a list of security violations associated with an account.

For example, select Domain Name from the Filter By drop-down list, and then enter a search term in the adjacent text box. You can enter either a full or partial search term, but if you use a partial term (such as a single letter), be sure to add the wildcard character (%) to the term.

  1. Select Go.

The system displays an updated User Account Audit page with a list of records that match the search criteria you entered.

This is a static, read-only page that provides a description and system-generated details of the security violations associated with an account in a tabulated form.

  1. Select Close to return to your My Inbox page.
